I started my fitness journey at a very young age 7 at a local YMCA when I first walked into a gym equipped with a universal weightlifting set. I enjoyed it so much that I continued throughout my young life while eventually transitioning into organized team sports baseball and football. I continued in sports through high school and then found myself becoming serious about resistance training and bodybuilding during college.
In college I began taking several classes to enhance my knowledge in health and fitness! With the formal training I acquired I started working with clients in resistance training, teaching aerobic classes, abdominals, glutes and natural bodybuilding. I continued training clients professionally while also personally involved in natural bodybuilding. I then accepted a position in Information Technology with a military defense firm but I never stopped training clients in my spare time.
In 2008 I decided to return to college where I completed an undergrad in Information Systems and Technology followed by two Masters Degrees an MBA in Strategic Leadership and an MS in Managerial Science!
I continued my position in IT until late 2020 when I decided to leave my position and return to fitness and nutrition full time. I feel that my true calling is in Health and Fitness as I enjoy helping others change their lives by teaching them healthy habits and how to live a better quality of life.
With over 20 years of experience I've helped many people at different levels of fitness in conditioning, transformation, bodybuilding and nutrition make positive changes in their health while providing them with the skills to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I not only provide fitness and nutrition coaching but I enjoy learning about my clients so that I can help them succeed with a life of confidence and inner strength.
